Answer reduces conversion cost with AI Audiences

Beyond developed an audience solution powered by the artificial intelligence in Google Cloud. Leveraging the technology of google machine learning to create audiences based on purchase propensity, resulting in the decrease of costs in the conversion strategies for Answer Seguros insurance campaigns.

Challenge

Improve the campaign performance in terms of costs and conversion rates since the conversions had stalled.

Approach

In terms of performance optimizations, the campaigns had gone through weekly optimization processes. We knew that we had reached a point of great campaign performance, since our costs were below the field benchmarks. In order to take the performance to the next level, we developed a solution of artificial intelligence audiences focused on users with high probability of converting by utilizing Google Cloud machine learning sending those users to our live Google Ads campaign.

We ran an operation that automated the predictive system to upload audiences daily to Google Analytics  by measurement protocol.

The results

We improved all the KPIs in Answer’s insurance campaigns. The remarkable output is that we compared the results against the remarketing audiences, improving our costs, conversion rates, and total conversions.
